U+1807 MONGOLIAN SIBE SYLLABLE BOUNDARY MARKER, which is derived from the medial form of the letter a (U+1820), is used to disambiguate syllable boundaries within a word. It is mainly used for writing Sibe, but may also occur in Manchu texts. In native Manchu or Sibe words, syllable boundaries are never ambiguous; when transcribing Chinese proper names in the Manchu or Sibe script, however, the syllable boundary may be ambiguous. In such cases, U+1807 may be inserted into the character sequence at the syllable boundary.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u7ffb\u8bd1\u6210\u4e2d\u6587\uff1a<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u7edf\u4e00\u7801\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u7248\u672c5.0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u97f3\u8282\u8fb9\u754c\u6807\u8bb0\u3002U+1807\u8499\u53e4\u9521\u4f2f\u97f3\u8282\u8fb9\u754c\u6807\u8bb0\uff0c\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u5b57\u6bcda\uff08U+1820\uff09\u7684\u8bcd\u4e2d\u578b\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u89e3\u51b3\u8bcd\u5185\u97f3\u8282\u7684\u754c\u9650\u53d1\u751f\u6df7\u6dc6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u8be5\u7b26\u53f7\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4e8e\u9521\u4f2f\u6587\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u7528\u4e8e\u6ee1\u6587\u3002\u5728\u6ee1\u6587\u548c\u9521\u4f2f\u6587\u7684\u56fa\u6709\u8bcd\u6c47\u4e2d\uff0c\u97f3\u8282\u7684\u754c\u9650\u6839\u672c\u6ca1\u6709\u53d1\u751f\u6df7\u6dc6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff1b\u7136\u800c\u5728\u97f3\u8bd1\u6c49\u8bed\u7684\u4e13\u6709\u540d\u8bcd\u65f6\uff0c\u97f3\u8282\u7684\u754c\u9650\u5c31\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\u6df7\u6dc6\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0cU+1807\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d2\u5165\u5230\u5b57\u7b26\u987a\u5e8f\u7684\u97f3\u8282\u8fb9\u754c\u3002<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u6700\u521d\uff0c\u6211\u5bf9MSSBM\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u7591\u95ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 40px; There are three explanations:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">1. <em>ki|ing<\/em>: The tooth (\u5b57\u7259) between <em>ki <\/em>and <em>ing <\/em>is SSBM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">2. <em>kii^ng<\/em>: The second <em>i <\/em>is followed by FVS1 to get the form of a tooth and long tooth (\u957f\u7259).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 40px;\">3. <em>kiing<\/em>: The second <em>i <\/em>is transformed to the form of a tooth and long tooth automatically. (Suppose this is the default form for <em>i <\/em>after <em>i<\/em>.)<\/p>\n<p><em>The Unicode Standard<\/em> chose Option 1. <strike>I choose option 2.<\/strike> Some people will choose Option 3.<\/p>\n<p>Wait a moment. Let&rsquo;s refer to Traditional Mongolian &ndash; the double radical issue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 40px; \">If a syllable is beginning with a vowel letter and the syllable is not the first syllable in a word, we need to put an additional tooth before the vowel letter of the syllable. The syllable in the front can end with a vowel or consonant letter.<\/p>\n<p>A few intrinsic words in Mongolian have this kind of syllables.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/abkai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/NASVN\u2019VRTV.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" height=\"167\" src=\"https:\/\/abkai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/NASVN\u2019VRTV.png\" title=\"NASVN\u2019VRTV\" width=\"74\" class='alignright size-full wp-image-244 secureimg_wp' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>See the Mongolian word in the right. The green tooth is <em>n<\/em> and the blue belly (\u5b57\u8179) is <em>o<\/em>. The red tooth is the one to separate the syllables. <strike>The red tooth and the blue belly together form <em>o<\/em>. It is not SSBM.<\/strike><\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s said that the rule can be used before all vowel letters<strike> but a and e probably will follow another rule<\/strike>.<\/p>\n<p>If we need such a mark, we can&#39;t name it as <strong>Mongolian Sibe Syllable Boundary Marker<\/strong> &#8211; we should name it as <strong>Mongolian Syllable Boundary Marker<\/strong>. But people will say that there is no Mongolian Syllable Boundary Marker in Mongolian.<\/p>\n<p>We can&#39;t treat Mongolian and Sibe in different ways because they share the same writing system.<\/p>\n<p><strike>Then we should use the traditional way:<\/strike><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strike>If a syllable is beginning with a vowel letter and the syllable is not the first syllable in a word, we need to put an additional tooth before the vowel letter of the syllable.<\/strike><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strike>Put FVS1 after the vowel letter when input the word.<\/strike><\/p>\n<p><strike>In Abkai Translileration, <em>x^<\/em> is recommended. But <em>|x<\/em> is also accepted.
